Place only on a flat surface in your car.
Do not place on car seats because they are angled.
Trunk placement is not advised unless placed on carpet or non-slip rug pad, as the cake will otherwise slide around.
Drive carefully, especially with turns, bumps, and sudden stops.
Keep your car as cool as possible.

Ideally, keep refrigerated until 30 mins – 1 hour before planning to serve. Frosting will harden in the fridge and will need time to thaw at room temp before consuming.
Cake will be easiest to cut into small wedding or party servings while still cold, however I recommend allowing to come to room temperature before consuming. Also safe to stay out on display at a cool room temperature for many hours. Keep out of direct sunlight and out of warm temperatures.
If you plan to take your cake to a warm-weather outdoor event, be prepared to consume within 1 hour of having outdoors. Keep out of direct sunlight, and monitor if cake needs to be served sooner. Buttercream will eventually melt.
Keep cake refrigerated as long as possible up until serving.
Cake may be served direct from fridge.
Cake is also ok at a cool room temperature for a few hours. I use a stabilized whipped cream that fairs much better in warmer temperatures. Whipped cream may become airy in texture and any food coloring in the frosting may appear splotchy if left out at room temperature for too long.
Keep cool & out of direct sunlight.
Whipped cream cakes are extremely light & delicate, and extra care should be given when transporting your whipped cream cakes. I always suggest bringing someone with who can hold your cake when you pick up.
Not recommended for any warm-weather outdoor events. Be prepared to consume immediately if you are bringing your cake to such events.
Only light, pastel colors are advised for whipped cream cakes. You acknowledge dark, bold colors may bleed into eachother, especially if placed onto a lighter color base.
Tiered cakes are possible using all whipped cream, but they are very delicate and I only advise 2 tiers.
Vintage piping is possible with whipped cream, but will not appear as smooth or as sharp in detail as buttercream. Understand that whipped cream has an airy nature to its texture.
Typically, tiered cakes will use a cake board at the base of each tier, and plastic dowel supports in the cake tier below. As well as one dowel support running all the way from the top tier through to the bottom tier. Expect to encounter boards & supports as you cut the cake and discard.
All suggested serving sizes listed here are based on ~2” square-cut party slices. Expect less servings if you’d like larger, triangle-cut slices & size up your cake accordingly.
